Galeria Chełm is a modern shopping center delivered by KARMAR for Acteeum Central Europe and Equilis Poland. The development became the first modern retail facility of its kind in the region, responding to the needs of residents of Chełm and the surrounding area while strengthening the local retail and service offering.
The project was designed as a multifunctional retail destination, combining shopping, services and leisure functions within a single contemporary facility. Thanks to its strategic location and diverse tenant mix, the center serves a catchment area of nearly 300,000 residents, making it one of the most important retail destinations in eastern Poland.

The development offers 17,400 m² of modern retail and service space designed in line with current retail market standards. The facility provides tenants with flexible and functional commercial units while ensuring a comfortable and convenient shopping experience for visitors.
An integral part of the project is the extensive transport infrastructure, including 507 parking spaces that provide easy access to the shopping center.
