KARMAR’s scope of work included the construction of the retail, service and entertainment complex together with an eight-screen cinema and a five-level above-ground parking structure. The facility was designed as a modern and highly functional environment ensuring convenience for both tenants and visitors.
The shopping center consists of a large-scale retail and entertainment building accompanied by a dedicated multi-storey parking facility. With more than 1,000 parking spaces available, the complex offers convenient access and efficient circulation even during periods of high visitor traffic.
Located on a 6.16-hectare site, the development occupies a gross floor area of more than 85,000 m² and has a total building volume exceeding 412,000 m³, making it one of the largest commercial developments delivered in northern Poland.
