Hiring process:
- Sending your resume. The candidate sends us their CV using the application form. Don't forget to include your consent to the processing of personal data in your current and future hiring processes.
- Analysis and selection of applications. We choose the ones that best meet the requirements of the proposed position.
- First contact with HR. this is usually a phone call with pre-selected candidates.
- Invitation to an interview qualifying candidates.
- Getting a job. The first meeting with a candidate is usually held with a human resources employee.This stage is designed to accurately find out the candidate's previous work experience, achievements, and future plans. The meeting also gives you the opportunity to get to know our organization better.
- A conversation with your future boss. This is the last and at the same time crucial stage of the hiring process. After this stage, a decision is made to select a person from among those selected by pre-selection of candidates.
