Silver Tower Center is a modern multifunctional development delivered by KARMAR in the very centre of Wrocław, directly adjacent to the city’s Main Railway Station. The building combines hotel, office, retail, service and conference functions, creating a complex that serves the needs of businesses, visitors and local residents alike.
The development consists of a hotel occupying the first six floors and an office section located above. The hotel offers 133 double rooms, a restaurant and a modern conference centre featuring eight conference rooms. The entire building has been designed to ensure seamless integration of all functions while maintaining a high standard of user comfort and operational efficiency.
Modern Solutions and High Construction Standards
KARMAR’s scope of work included the construction of the entire complex together with a two-level underground parking garage, site development works and complete technical infrastructure. The project involved the installation of water and sewage systems, central heating, mechanical ventilation, air conditioning, sprinkler systems, electrical and telecommunications installations, as well as all required external utility connections.
The distinctive 54-metre tower has become one of the recognizable elements of Wrocław’s skyline. The building incorporates modern structural and technical solutions that ensure functionality, user comfort and efficient building management. The two-level underground garage provides 185 parking spaces, supporting the needs of the hotel, office and conference facilities.
Silver Tower Center is an example of contemporary commercial architecture that successfully integrates multiple functions within a single development, creating an attractive business destination in one of the best-connected locations in Wrocław.
