Change in the management structure of KARMAR S.A. As of October 1, 2024, there is a change in the position of President of the Management Board at KARMAR S.A.. After nearly eight years in this position, Joanna Makowiecka-Gatza joins the Supervisory Board of our company and will continue to support the development of the company. Marcin Krzeminski, who has been associated with KARMAR S.A. for 18 years, has become the new President of the Board . He has served as Vice President of the Management Board since 2022. His extensive experience, deep knowledge of the industry and pragmatism will be key to continuing the successes we have built together over the past years. We sincerely thank the CEO for her invaluable contribution to the company's growth, effective leadership and commitment, which contributed to the successful transformation and strengthening of our position in the market. MOKO Botanika estate with BREEAM certificate

The MOKO Botanika estate in Warsaw, completed for Marvipol Development, received the BREEAM certificate at the Very Good level. The certification also applies to the Heimstaden Bokserska housing estate developed as part of the MOKO complex. For the general contractor of the investment, KARMAR S.A., it is also a distinction.

Galeria Andrychów, której generalnym wykonawcą był KARMAR S.A. powstała przy drodze krajowej 52, łączącej granicę z Czechami w Cieszynie z podkrakowskim Głogoczowem. Cornerstone ceremony held at Galeria Chełm

The cornerstone ceremony for Galeria Chełm, the first shopping centre in the town of Chełm, was held on Friday, 22 March 2019. Held near the intersection of Lubelska street and Rejowiecka street, the ceremony was attended by representatives of the local government, the project investors Acteeum Group and Equilis Europe SA, prospective tenants as well as other companies involved in the development.

Construction of Galeria Chełm has started

KARMAR has started as a General Contractor the construction of Galeria Chełm - a joint project of Acteeum Group and Equilis Polska. The shopping center in Chełm is the first joint venture of both investors. Its total GLA is 17.500 sqm and its value is approx. 30 million. EUR. This first modern shopping center in the region will be opened in the Q1 2020.

Nowa Stacja - the first shopping mall in Pruszków was officially opened on November 10, 2018. Over one hundred stores, a seven-screen cinema, a fitness club, numerous restaurants and a playroom for children are located on 27 000 sqm.

October 26 KARMAR signed two new contracts and will build the IV stage of the Riviera Park housing estate in Warsaw and laboratories in the Gdańsk Science and Technology Park.

KARMAR signed a contract for the construction of the PIĘKNA 21 housing estate located in the Krzyki district in Wrocław.
