For the 10th time, the international organization Top Employers Institute has awarded certificates for companies that meet the highest standards in the field of human resources. This year KARMAR joined this prestigeous group.
During the official award ceremony our company was awarded two certificates – Top Employer Poland 2019 and, as part of the Bouygues Group, Top Employer Europe 2019. Therefore we joined a narrow group of 36 companies awarded with double certification. Among them were such giants of various industries as Goodyear, Orange, Pepsico, Sanofi and Santander. We were the only ones from the construction companies of general contracting!
KARMAR is another company belonging to the Bouygues Group with a certificate. Bouygues Construction, which has long been one of the best employers in France, strives to systematically develop and improve HR management processes in all companies within the organization.
During the multi-stage certification process, the auditors took into account all components of HR area management – from the remuneration policy, bonus and benefits, through the recruitment process, HR tools and their digitization, Talent Management policy, development and training, to organizational culture and ethical principles. The process with multi-stage validation of data and results examined also the relationship between HR policy and business strategy and company goals, as well as corporate principles.
The Top Employers Institute is an independent, international organization certifying global employers and researching specific HR practices as well as implemented HR policy and comparing it with the international standards. TEI has been operating for over 25 years and annually certifies over 1,300 organizations in 115 countries. Its purpose is to indicate employers who care about their employees in the best possible way through highest standards of HR policy.
