Construction stage

At the construction stage of MOKO Botanika, materials and solutions were used that have an impact on the energy efficiency of buildings and are environmentally friendly. Three-layer windows with increased acoustic and thermal parameters, FSC-certified wood and certified wood-like materials. Excess amounts of concrete mix were turned into openwork slabs according to own design, which were used to harden e.g. in gardens belonging to apartments or a temporary path for residents of neighboring buildings, for the duration of construction. It is worth mentioning that the electricity supplying the construction site came from renewable sources. The greenery, on the other hand, is irrigated with rainwater collected in a retention tank intended for this purpose.
