KARMAR delivered a comprehensive Production and Logistics Center in Duchnice for Zakłady Farmaceutyczne Polpharma Inwestycje Sp. z o.o. and Centrum Usług Nowoczesnych Sp. z o.o. The investment represents a key element in the development of production and logistics infrastructure for one of Poland’s leading pharmaceutical companies.

The project involved the construction of a modern industrial complex integrating production, logistics, laboratory and administrative functions. The development included a High-Bay Warehouse (HBW), a loading, receiving and technical infrastructure building with a boiler plant, a production facility, and a laboratory-office building. Individual facilities were connected by dedicated links, ensuring efficient circulation and optimized operational processes.

Comprehensive Infrastructure and Advanced Technical Solutions

The scope of works also included the delivery of all supporting infrastructure required for the efficient operation of the complex. Internal roads, service yards, parking areas, fencing, landscaping elements and green areas were completed as part of the project.

KARMAR was additionally responsible for the installation of comprehensive technical systems, including sewer networks, sanitary, electrical and low-voltage installations, as well as power infrastructure with a transformer station. The implemented solutions provide operational efficiency, process reliability and flexibility for future expansion.
