KARMAR delivered the redevelopment of existing spaces within the Gdańsk Science and Technology Park to support the continued growth of Polpharma Biologics. The project included the conversion of an existing warehouse into the DP1 Finished Goods Area, a Sampling Area and warehouse facilities within Building C, as well as the redevelopment of the CC1 and R&D areas located in Building A.

Specialized Laboratoryand Production Facilities

The refurbished areas were adapted to meet the stringent requirements of the biotechnology and pharmaceutical industries. The project included the creation of Grade B, C and D cleanrooms, as well as modern laboratories, warehouse areas, staff facilities and dedicated technological spaces designed for the installation of new production lines and laboratory equipment.

The project required precise coordination of construction, installation and technological works while maintaining the functionality of the existing infrastructure. Leveraging KARMAR's extensive experience in delivering specialized facilities for the industry and technology sector, the project resulted in a modern environment that meets the highest standards of quality, safety and operational efficiency.

Polpharma Biologics II is an example of an advanced biotechnology investment that supports the development of innovative research, laboratory and manufacturing processes.
