KARMAR delivered the ONKO BCG facility for SYNTHAVERSE SPÓŁKA AKCYJNA, including the construction of the building together with all required technical and technological infrastructure. The facility was designed to support pharmaceutical manufacturing and product development processes while meeting the stringent requirements of the life science sector.

The scope of works included the preparation of detailed design documentation, construction and installation works, delivery and commissioning of specialized technological systems, as well as validation and qualification processes required for pharmaceutical facilities.

Advanced Technologies and the Highest Quality Standards

The project incorporated specialized solutions dedicated to pharmaceutical production environments, including Grade A-D cleanrooms and advanced process and utility systems. The facility was equipped with systems for the generation of Water for Injection (WFI), Clean Steam and Purified Water to support laboratory and manufacturing operations.

The project was delivered in accordance with the highest standards of design, construction and facility qualification. The performance of installed systems and compliance with pharmaceutical industry requirements were validated through comprehensive qualification and validation processes, including DQ, IQ and OQ.
