The Centre of New Technologies II (CeNT II) is a state-of-the-art academic and research facility delivered by KARMAR for the University of Warsaw. Designed to serve the Faculty of Physics, the building is an important part of the University’s Ochota research campus, supporting advanced scientific research and the education of future specialists in physics and related disciplines.

The facility houses physics and computer laboratories, specialized research laboratories, teaching rooms, lecture halls and a library. The building’s functional layout was developed to provide optimal conditions for scientific, educational and research-and-development activities.

Advanced Infrastructure for Education and Innovation

The scope of works included the comprehensive execution of construction and installation works together with full technical infrastructure and site development. KARMAR was responsible for sanitary, electrical and telecommunications installations, the construction and modernization of external utility networks, roads, parking facilities, landscaped areas and street furniture.

The building also incorporates specialized laboratories, technical rooms, staff facilities, storage areas, foyers and an underground garage. Its reinforced concrete structure and advanced technical solutions created a facility capable of meeting the demanding requirements of the academic and scientific community.

CeNT II was delivered as part of the “Centre of New Technologies Ochota of the University of Warsaw” project, co-financed through the Infrastructure and Environment Operational Programme 2007–2013. The development is an example of modern scientific infrastructure supporting research, innovation and education at one of Poland’s leading universities.
