VIVA JAGODNO, a project commissioned in Wroclaw by Ronson Development, received the Top Site Innovation certification. This is the fourth project built by Karmar to receive such an award.
Certification was granted, inter alia, for the joint involvement of the Investor in the implementation of green solutions. At VIVA JAGODNO these are, among others a house for insects, a bird feeder or a bowl of water for dogs, which dogs like to use during walks.
Among the applied green solutions aimed at increasing energy efficiency – reducing energy consumption and optimizing, twilight sensors were installed on the construction site, automatically turning on the lighting. The office and construction site are supplied with green energy.
TopSite is an internal standard of Bouygues Construction. It was introduced to emphasize the commitment to activities related to sustainable development. Only contracts with a duration of more than 6 months and a value of more than EUR 3 million can apply for the certificate. To obtain a certificate, construction sites must meet a total of 16 criteria in 5 areas and demonstrate additional commitment by implementing at least 2 innovative activities or good practices.
