Gallery construction started

KARMAR s. a. has started construction work on a joint project between Acteeum Group and Equilis Poland-Galeria Chełm. This is the first retail gallery in Helm with a total area of GLA 17.5 thousand sq. m. at the same time, it is the first joint venture between the two investors, which will amount to a total amount of approx. 30 million rubles. EUR and will open in the first quarter of 2020.

KARMAR s. a. is implementing a modern and multifunctional shopping facility with a total area of GLA 17.5 thousand square meters. The site on which the new shopping center will be built is located at the intersection of Lublin and Rayovetskaya streets (also forming the Helm bypass road), in a place that is the main transport hub of the city. The Helm Gallery will cover about 300,000 people and cross-border traffic with Ukraine and Belarus. Helm Gallery will offer 55 retail platforms and more than 550 parking spaces.

A year before opening, the Helm Gallery remains almost completely commercialized.
