Living Point is a modern residential development delivered by KARMAR for Vantage Development in Warsaw's Mokotów district. The project comprises two multi-family residential buildings offering a total of 345 apartments designed to provide a high level of comfort and functional living spaces.
The development was executed under a Design & Build contract, under which KARMAR was responsible for both the design process and the construction works. This approach enabled efficient coordination of all project stages while optimizing technical and organizational solutions.
The project was divided into two phases. The first phase included the preparation of the building design in cooperation with MKC Architekci, obtaining building permits for Buildings A and B, and preparing the site for development, including the demolition of existing structures.
The second phase involved the comprehensive construction of both residential buildings along with all required technical infrastructure and site development works. Close cooperation between all project stakeholders ensured the smooth delivery of the investment from the initial design stage through to completion.
Functionality and Living Comfort
As part of the development, an extensive underground parking garage with a total area of 8,640 m² was constructed, providing 358 parking spaces. The project was delivered with a strong focus on construction quality, the durability of applied solutions, and the functionality of both private and shared spaces. Living Point is an example of contemporary residential development, combining KARMAR's design and construction expertise to create an attractive living environment in one of Warsaw's most sought-after residential locations.
