Comprehensive PPP Delivery
The UJCM Student Residence Halls project was delivered under a Public-Private Partnership (PPP) model, encompassing the design, financing, construction and long-term technical maintenance of the facilities for a period of 25 years. The investment represents a modern approach to higher education infrastructure development, combining high construction standards with long-term operational responsibility.
The project delivered more than 300 student rooms, including accommodations adapted for people with disabilities. Part of the accommodation base also operates as short-term hotel rooms. The residence halls offer students a range of modern amenities, including laundry and drying facilities, an aerobics room, and fully equipped communal kitchens.

Modern Sports and Recreational Facilities
A key element of the project was the development of an extensive sports and recreational infrastructure. The campus features a multi-purpose sports field, tennis courts, a beach volleyball court, and a fitness trail equipped with outdoor exercise stations. Students also have access to bicycle shelters, barbecue areas with dedicated pavilions, and a Wi-Fi network covering the entire campus.
The project also included the renovation of a former student club building, which was transformed into a physiotherapy facility. Today, the building accommodates lecture halls and a sports hall, supporting both academic and physical development activities.
The investment has created a modern, comfortable and vibrant living environment that supports learning, recreation and community building, contributing significantly to the development of Jagiellonian University Medical College's residential infrastructure.
