Naruszewicza Residence is an exclusive residential development delivered by KARMAR in Warsaw’s Mokotów district, one of the capital’s most prestigious residential areas. The building was designed for discerning residents seeking a premium living experience in a central and highly desirable location. Its distinctive form features a nine-storey central section that gradually steps down to five storeys, creating a balanced and refined architectural composition. Glazed loggias incorporated into the façade add lightness and a contemporary character to the building.
Modern & Efficient Solutions
The development comprises 67 apartments of various sizes, designed to accommodate a range of residential needs. The building also includes retail and service premises, as well as a two-level underground parking garage providing 83 parking spaces.
Particular attention was given to the quality of the common areas. The interior design of the lobby and shared spaces was created by fashion designer Maciej Zień, further enhancing the exclusive character of the development. KARMAR’s scope of work included the construction of the residential building together with a two-level underground garage and complete technical infrastructure. The development was built using a reinforced concrete frame structure, ensuring durability, functionality and a high standard of use.
