Riviera Park is a modern residential development delivered by KARMAR for Marvipol Development Riviera Park Sp. z o.o. at Krzyżówki and Płochocińska streets in Warsaw’s Białołęka district. The project comprised Phases III and IV of the development, creating a large-scale residential complex designed to provide comfort for residents while integrating harmoniously with its surroundings.
The development includes seven multi-family residential buildings and two commercial buildings, offering a total of 528 apartments and complementary retail and service spaces. The human-scale architecture, functional apartment layouts and carefully designed common areas create a welcoming living environment in one of Warsaw’s fastest-growing residential districts.
Modern & Efficient Solutions
KARMAR’s scope of work included the complete construction of the buildings together with underground garages, site development works and full technical infrastructure. The project required efficient coordination of construction and installation activities, as well as effective management of a large-scale, multi-phase residential development.
The completed development provides 580 parking spaces, while the total project area exceeds 55,000 m². High construction quality, functional design solutions and the scale of the investment make Riviera Park an excellent example of contemporary residential development responding to the needs of modern urban living in Warsaw.
