Piękna 21 is a modern residential and mixed-use development delivered by KARMAR for Dom Development in the Krzyki district of Wrocław. The project was developed in an attractive urban location, providing convenient access to the city centre, a wide range of services and recreational areas.
The development comprises a residential building with a distinctive C-shaped layout, consisting of a six-storey main section and a ten-storey tower element that serves as an architectural landmark. The building accommodates 196 apartments of various sizes and layouts, as well as commercial units located on the ground floor.
As part of the project, KARMAR also delivered a one-level underground car park with 167 parking spaces, five staircases and five elevators ensuring convenient circulation throughout the building.
