KARMAR is the general contractor for two stages of the Riviera Park housing estate. The investment is built for Marvipol Development and is located in Warsaw’s Białołęka district.
Stage III will consist of four six-storey multi-family buildings with services, an underground garage and technical infrastructure.
Stage IV will consist of three residential buildings, as well as two single-storey buildings, in which there will be service premises.
