KARMAR was a General Contractor of housing estate KONSTRUKTORSKA 9 in Warsaw.
The contract provided the design & build of two housing buildings with a total area od 32 968 sqm. KARMAR was obliged also to create a building project and to obtain the work permit.
The whole project was divided into the two stages. The first one involved the creation of the design & execution project. We cooperated in this topic with MKC Architekci design office. We were also obliged to obtain the work permit for buildings A & B and to demolish of the buildings located on the plot. The second stage was to build both buildings.
