Karolkowi Business Park is a class A Office building located cross of Grzybowska St. and Karolkowa St. at Warsaw Wola. The building consists of two one floors towers based on seven-floors basis. The complex will include offices, apartments and shopping center on the two ground levels.
KBP is located at the famous industrial hall Phillips Poland from 1992. Outside walls of the factory were built into the facade as part of the building service.
