The COVID-19 pandemic has presented us with new, previously unknown challenges. It completely changed the previous work schedule, our professional and personal lives.

For all of us, this is an exam in emergency management skills. Every day, we prove that we can fulfill our responsibilities and obligations to our business partners by adhering to the best possible occupational safety and health regulations.
Currently, all our buildings are operating on schedule, and we are doing everything possible to ensure that this does not change. Thanks to an early analysis of the situation and taking decisive action, we adapted KARMAR very quickly to the changing conditions. We have adapted our occupational health and safety procedures to strict internal regulations that go far beyond national legislation.

The safety of our employees, colleagues and business partners has always been our top priority. We operate in accordance with the highest safety standards set by the Bouygues Construction Group. Our Occupational Health and Safety Department implements daily precautions to protect against possible infection and the effects of COVID-19. We implemented it in the office and on all implemented projects m.in.:

  • Disinfection liquid dispensers;
  • Thermometers that help check people with elevated temperatures;
  • Protective masks for both employees and subcontractors;
  • Contact instructions for our subcontractors if an employee shows symptoms of COVID-19;
  • Daily cleaning and disinfection of office premises;
  • We have declined meetings, meetings, and other gatherings at construction sites and their facilities;
  • Remote work in the Home Office Formula & #8211; in all cases where it is possible, including mandatory for people in the age-related risk group;
  • Information policy in the form of posters, leaflets and instructions on how to act and how to protect yourself from COVID-19 in different languages;
  • Training and webinars on the prevention and control of COVID-19, conducted by qualified rescuers with experience in this field.
  • Hotline with the support of a psychologist, in cooperation with our medical operator.

We all know that the specifics of our industry prevent the widespread adoption of the # stanwdom principle. A significant part of our employees are wearing masks. Every day we make sure that by implementing various investments, they remain #safe.
