We will build stage III of Vitaliy's estate

KARMAR s. a. signed an agreement on the general implementation of the third stage of the Vitalia residential complex in Wroclaw. The investor is Ronson Development.

The investment is located in an intimate part of the Kryki district of Wroclaw. It will consist of nine chamber villas, accommodating a total of 81 apartments with an average area of 80 m2. All buildings have three floors and mezzanines. Behind them are two underground garages.

The usable area is 6,803 m2. A fountain and an outdoor gym can be found on site.
