Top Site Innovation is back on our contract!

VIVA JAGODNO, a project commissioned by Ronson Development in Wroclaw, has received Top Site Innovation certification. This is the fourth project implemented by Karmar to receive such an award.

Certification was awarded m.in. for joint commitment with the investor to the implementation of green solutions. On VIVA berry it is m.in a house for insects, a bird feeder or a bowl of water for dogs, which is used with pleasure by four-legged people during walks.

Among the applied green solutions aimed at improving energy efficiency – reducing energy consumption and optimization, humidity sensors are installed on the construction site that automatically turn on lighting. The office and construction site are provided with green energy.

TopSite is an internal standard of Bouygues Construction. It was introduced to emphasize a commitment to sustainable development. Contracts that last more than 6 months and cost more than 3 million euros can apply for the certificate. To be certified, construction work must meet a total of 16 criteria in 5 areas and demonstrate additional commitment by implementing at least 2 innovative activities or best practices.

VIVA JAGODNO is a residential complex that is being built in Wroclaw by order of Ronson Development. KARMAR S. A. is the general contractor for Phases 1 and II.

Stage I this is 121 ready-made housing, 40,404 m3 of cubic area and 2,560 m2 of living space. Work continued as planned from November 2019 to the end of June 2021.

Construction of phase II we started at the end of March 2021, and their completion is scheduled for July 2023. The total area of this part of the development will be 28,419 m2, and the usable area will be 3,037 m2.
