The JUU residential development, completed for Marvipol Development, has been granted an occupancy permit.

KARMAR SA served as the General Contractor for this exceptional project, located at 47 Skarbka z Gór Street in Warsaw's Białołęka district. The investment involved the construction of three multi-family buildings (A, B, and C) set on a shared underground garage, along with site landscaping, road construction, and the necessary external infrastructure.
JUU is a modern residential estate that combines cozy, low-rise buildings, quality architecture, and carefully designed common spaces. Refined details, natural materials, and sustainable solutions create a unique environment.
The development features 129 apartments ranging from 30 to 75 m², available in 1- to 4-room layouts.

A range of eco-friendly solutions were also implemented in the development, including:

Obtaining the occupancy permit marks an important stage in the investment process and confirms the successful completion of the project.
