New project in Poznan

We are pleased to announce that we have signed a contract for the implementation of the project. This will be a residential complex in Poznań, located not far from the newly built neighborhood of Young Grunwald. The investor is Nexity Poland, for which this will be the first project in the capital Wielkopolski.

The project involves the implementation of a residential building with four to six aboveground floors. The complex will have the shape of the letter U and will contain 139 apartments and three staircases.

Construction work should begin with the demolition of the existing building and take nineteen and a half months.
