KARMAR S. A. will be the general contractor of the Grunwaldzka 240 residential complex in Poznań!

Grunwaldzka 240 is a cozy multi-apartment building with 70 residential and 2 commercial premises. The total sales area will be 3,348 m2. The project will also include an underground garage and technical infrastructure.
The start of work is scheduled for July 1, 2021 and will take 20 months.

Poznań Grunwald is a dynamically developing area, perfectly connected to the city center. The complex is located in close proximity to the business center and Lech Poznan Stadium. Lasek Marzelinski and numerous bike paths can also be found in the surrounding area, and the city center is just a 12-minute drive away, thanks to the nearby tram line.
