Cornerstone and panicle in Andrychow

On June 24, a double ceremony of laying the cornerstone and hanging the broom on the construction of the Andrykhovskaya Gallery was held. It is the largest shopping complex in the region and one of the largest commercial projects emerging in Poland. The event was attended by representatives of local governments, investors-Acteeum Group and Equilis Europe, general contractor-Karmar S. A., as well as shops and companies involved in the creation of the facility
The hanging of the broom on top of the construction of the Andrykhov Gallery preceded the preparation of a symbolic act of erection, which was signed: Tomasz Jacques, Mayor of Andryhov, Monica Wozniak-Zawiola, Head of Retail at Equilis Europe, Tomasz Szewczyk, Managing Partner of Acteeum Group, and Joanna Makowiecka-Gatza, Chairman of the Management Board of Karmar s.a.
Today's ceremony is a sign that construction works are bringing us closer every day to the opening of the most attractive shopping destination for residents of Andrykhov and the region. Thanks to our determination and the cooperation of our partners, the current special circumstances did not delay the start date of construction, nor did they stop the investment process. Despite the special circumstances that accompany the implementation of this project, the Andrychov Gallery quickly took shape. Andrykhovsky shopping park with a total area of about 24 thousand square meters. intended for rent, it will contain more than 30 shops, including a supermarket, a construction market, a salon of household appliances and household appliances, clothing and footwear stores.
Construction began in October 2020. Currently, on the 10-acre site at the intersection of Cracowska, Belaya Doroga and Promyshlennaya Streets, in the immediate vicinity of the planned ring road, the structures of three buildings are already visible, between which 650 parking spaces will be built.

Andrychów Gallery applies for the BREEAM certificate, which confirms its high standards of quality and ecology. On the object designed by NC Architects studio, the following methods will be applied: m.in solutions that limit electricity and water consumption, as well as pollutant emissions. Even during the construction phase, the general contractor, Karmar s. a., takes care of the selection of certified materials and proper sorting, storage and disposal of waste.
The project was recently awarded the prestigious EuropaProperty Cee Retail Awards in the Future Project category.
