KARMAR signed a contract for the construction of the PIĘKNA 21 housing estate located in the Krzyki district in Wrocław.
This is another project build by KARMAR in the capital of Lower Silesia for the Dom Development. The first one was neighboring OAZA housing estate. The PIĘKNA 21 project involves the construction of a six-storey residential building with a 10-storey tower. The object will have the shape of the letter „C” and will contain almost two hundred apartments, five staircases and five elevators. The underground garage will park 167 cars.
