We have signed a contract for the construction of the next stage of the Ursus Centralny estate in Warsaw.
The project will include stages II B and II C of an estate in Warsaw’s Ursus district. We are going to build 4 buildings with 391 apartments and 10 commercial premises with a total sales area of 22,895 m2, an underground garage and technical infrastructure.
Ursus is one of the western districts of Warsaw. Formerly an industrial center, today it mainly serves residential purposes. Osiedle Ursus Centralny is the largest project in Ronson Development’s portfolio. The investment is distinguished by its location that provides convenient access to the nearby infrastructure and only a few hundred meters to the nearby supermarkets or high-speed city rail station. Numerous service premises and a boulevard with attractions such as fountains, playgrounds and fitness zones are planned on the estate.
The works are scheduled to start on June 1, 2021, and to be completed in February 2023.
This is another investment, after the City of Marina, Impressio, Vitalia, Viva Jagodno and Grunwaldzka 240, implemented by KARMAR S.A. commissioned by Ronson Development Polska.
