KARMAR S.A. signed a contract with Ronson Development for the construction of 3rd stage of Vitalia real estate project.
The investment consists of nine three-storey buildings and is located in Krzyki district in Wrocław. In every building there will be nine apartments with averave area of 80 sqm.
Usable area: 6 803 m2. Within the estate a fountain as well as the external gym will be built.
