We will build a Research & Development Center in Lublin

On Friday, July 9, 2021, we signed a contract for the construction of the Research & Development Center building. The investment will be built in Lublin, commissioned by „Biomed Lublin” Wytwórnia Surowic i Szczepionek S.A.

As a part of the contract, the building of the Research & Development Center will be built. It will include a drug production line. The project is part of the Biotechnological Innovation Center – Onko BCG Plant, where technologies related to vaccinology in the prevention of tuberculosis (BCG) and immunology in the treatment of cancer will be improved.

• Usable floor area: 2,422.1 m2
• Total area: 2,764.4 m2
• Building height: 11.9 m
• Contract value: PLN 32.999 million net
• Work will start in July 2021
• The construction completion date is scheduled for September 2022
