We are pleased to announce that we signed a contract for the implementation of the Jeleniogórska project. It will be a residential investment in Poznań located near the Młody Grunwald estate we have built. The investor is Nexity Polska, for which it will be the first project in the capital of Wielkopolska.
The project involves the construction of a residential building with four to six above-ground storeys. The complex will be U-shaped and will contain 139 apartments and three staircases.
Construction works are to start with the demolition of the existing building and will last nineteen and a half months.
