October 26 KARMAR signed two new contracts and will build the IV stage of the Riviera Park housing estate in Warsaw and laboratories in the Gdańsk Science and Technology Park.
The IV stage of Riviera Park assumes the construction of three residential buildings on a single, one-story garage as well as two service buildings. Under the contract KARMAR will build for Marvipol Development 289 apartments, 25 service premises and an underground garage for 325 cars. The number of above-ground storeys in residential buildings will be from 6 to 8, and the service buildings will be one-storey. The construction will take 19 months and its completion is scheduled for June 2020.
In Gdansk, in turn, KARMAR will implement a project consisting in the reconstruction of the warehouse into the area of development and optimization of biotechnological processes for Zakłady Farmaceutyczne Polpharma S.A. in Gdansk.
