We are pleased to announce that we have signed a contract for the construction of a new housing estate in Wroclaw. The investor of the VIVA JAGODNO project is RONSON, for which we have built such projects as the Miasto Marina, Impressio and Vitalia.
We will build the first of three stages of the investment located at the intersection of Kajdasza and Buforowa Streets in the Jagodno district in Wrocław.
Under the contract, two four-storey buildings erected on one foundation slab will be built. The estate will have one underground level, within which four separate multi-parking garages as well as technical rooms have been separated.
The building will house 121 residential premises with areas starting from 28 m2. Some flats on the third floor will be two-level. Some ground floor apartments will have gardens accessible from the living area of each apartment.
