NEW CONTRACTS IN WARSAW AND GDANSK

On October 26, 2018, KARMAR s. a. signed two new contracts and will build Phase IV of the Riviera Park residential complex in Warsaw and laboratories in the territory of the Gdansk Science and Technology Park.

Stage IV of Riviera Park, implemented for Marvipol Development, involves the construction of three apartment buildings on a common one-story garage and two service buildings. Under the contract, KARMAR s. a. will build 289 apartments, 25 office spaces and an underground garage for 325 cars. The number of aboveground floors in apartment buildings will be from 6 to 8, and service buildings will be single-story. Construction will last 19 months, and its completion is scheduled for June 2020.

In Gdansk, KARMAR s. a. is implementing a project for the reconstruction of a warehouse in the field of development and optimization of biotechnological processes for Polpharma S. A. pharmaceutical plants in Gdansk.
