For the tenth time, the international organization Top Employers Institute awarded certificates to companies that meet the highest standards in the field of personnel policy. KARMAR also joined this prestigious group.

Our company has been awarded two certificates-Top Employer Poland 2019 and, as part of the Bouygues group, Top Employer Europe 2019. Thus, it entered the narrow circle of 36 companies awarded double certification. Completely m.in. such giants of various industries as Goodyear, Orange, Pepsico, Sanofi or Santander. Among the construction companies of the general contractor, we were the only ones!

KARMAR is another certified company owned by the Bouygues Group. Bouygues Construction, which has long been one of the best employers in France, strives to systematically develop and improve HR policy management processes in all its member companies.
