We will build VIVA JAGODNO

We are pleased to announce that we have signed a contract for the implementation of a new residential complex in Wroclaw. The investor of the VIVA JAGODNO project is Ronson, for whom we have built such Wroclaw projects as the city of Marina, Impressio and Vitalia.

We are implementing the first of three investment stages located at the intersection of Kaidasa and Bufova Streets in the Yagodno district of Wroclaw.

Under the agreement, two four-story buildings will be built on the same foundation slab. The residential complex will have one underground floor, within which four separate multi-storey garages for cars and necessary technical facilities are allocated.

The building will have 121 residential premises with an area of 28 m2 or more. Some of the apartments on the third floor level will be split-level. Some ground floor apartments will have gardens accessible from the living area of each of the apartments.
