Grand opening of the Andrychów Gallery

The Andrychov Gallery, whose general contractor was KARMAR S. A., was created on national road 52, which connects the border with the Czech Republic in Tesin with Podkrakovsky Glogochov. The three buildings contain a total of 31 retail and service centers, including clothing, footwear and accessories stores, pharmacies, home appliances stores, furniture salons, as well as a grocery supermarket and a construction and decorative store. The shopping center was built on a 10-acre site, at the intersection of Cracowska, White Road and Promyshlennaya streets. Buildings with a total area of about 24 thousand square meters will accommodate 31 stores.
We are happy to participate in the official opening of the Andrykhov Gallery. I am glad that we had the opportunity to implement the largest Shopping Park in Poland this year, and I hope that the investment will bring you a lot of satisfaction. Thank you again for your cooperation to all our partners. Thanks to you, not only the building was built, but also a modern shopping center – said Joanna Makowiecka-Gatza, Chairman of the Management Board of KARMAR s. A.
I hope that the Andrikhov Gallery will become our trade showcase. Today, it is probably no longer necessary to convince anyone how important trade and services are for the development of the city and municipality – they are new jobs, as well as an economic magnet for other investors. Until 30 years ago, Andrychów was a typical industrial city, but it is becoming a place of tourist attractions, services, and now trade. - he commented at the opening ceremony Tomasz Jacques, Mayor of Andrikhov.
We have created a convenient place for shopping, available at your fingertips, meeting the daily needs of residents of the city and region. Thank you to everyone who participates in the implementation of this project, in particular to our partners from Acteeum Group and tenants. At a time when the retail industry is facing numerous adversities, a day like today takes on a special dimension. said Monika Woźniak-Zawioła, Head of Retail w Equilis Europe.
We are proud to put into operation the first modern large retail facility in Andrychiv, and the second one was successfully implemented by Acteeum together with Equilis. We thank the city authorities for their support and professional service to investors. The potential of the Andrykhovskaya Gallery is shown by the fact that 100% of its area is leased out. This is the real shopping heart of Andrykhov and its surroundings. he added. Tomasz Szewczyk, Managing Partner of Acteeum Group.
This is the second joint investment made in Poland by Equilis and Acteeum, after the Helm Gallery, and KARMAR S. A. is responsible for the general execution. The ribbon-cutting ceremony at the Andrychow Gallery was attended by representatives of local authorities, investors, the general contractor, the manager and tenants of the facility.
