We will restore the lab to GPN-T

Karmar S. A. will be the general contractor for the project to renovate and adapt to the new needs of the laboratory in Building a, Gdansk Science and Technology Park.

The scope of our work includes m.in reconstruction and qualification of premises, systems and installations, including: m.in. nitrogen and compressed air, as well as acceptance and qualification tests (IQ/OQ) of the existing laboratory. It is located on the first floor of the Gdansk Science and Technology Park building. Interestingly, Karmar S. A. was the general contractor for buildings A and B of the GPN-T complex, which were commissioned in 2014.

The investor is Pomeranian Special Economic Zone LLC in Gdansk.

• Internal area of the projected production area: 1781.39 m2
• Usable area of industrial premises (premises provided for by the decision on environmental conditions, existing laboratory premises, change of use): 514 m2

Gdansk Science and Technology Park it was created in 2006, when the adaptation of the Gdansk graphic factories for its needs began. In the following years, the park was expanded, and KARMAR S. A. was the general contractor of buildings A and B of the GPN-T complex, put into operation in 2014.

Many companies operate in the park, mainly from the modern technology industry, primarily in the areas of biotechnology, IT and energy. On its territory there are also laboratories, production workshops and a business incubator.
