KARMAR S.A. Reaches Key Structural Milestone in the Construction of New Factory for Producer of Cisowianka Water

KARMAR S.A., as General Contractor, has completed a key stage of structural work on the construction of a modern preform and cap factory for Nałęczów Zdrój Sp. z o.o. – one of Poland’s leading mineral water producers and owner of the Cisowianka brand.

The new industrial and warehouse complex will significantly optimize production processes. The investment encompasses the construction of a two-story production and warehouse facility integrated with a two-story office, staff, and technical section. It also features full site development, including a maneuvering yard, parking areas, an underground retention basin, and complete utility infrastructure (sanitary, gas, electrical, and telecommunication networks).

Thoughtful Engineering Solutions

The project stands out for its ergonomic layout of functional zones and a carefully designed block storage technology using inclined loading docks. The office and staff section will house innovative laboratories as well as comprehensive technical and employee welfare facilities.

The architectural design of the facility was delivered by UNISM SP. Z O.O. (team: Konrad Weka, Marek Jaxa-Chamiec, Artur Zakrzewski).
