Change in the management structure of KARMAR S.A.
As of October 1, 2024, there is a change in the position of President of the Management Board at KARMAR S.A.. After nearly eight years in this position, Joanna Makowiecka-Gatza joins the Supervisory Board of our company and will continue to support the development of the company.
Marcin Krzeminski, who has been associated with KARMAR S.A. for 18 years, has become the new President of the Board . He has served as Vice President of the Management Board since 2022. His extensive experience, deep knowledge of the industry and pragmatism will be key to continuing the successes we have built together over the past years.
