    This Privacy Policy sets out the rules for processing and protecting personal data of users using the website located at www.karmar.com.pl (hereinafter referred to as the \"service\").<\/p>

    This document fulfills the informational obligations arising from Regulation (EU) 2016\/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 (\"GDPR\") and the Cookie Regulations.<\/p>

      1. Purposes, legal basis and period of data processing<\/li><\/ol>

        The Administrator may process users ' personal data for the following purposes::<\/p>

        3.1. Correspondence Service<\/p>

        If the user contacts the administrator electronically or by phone, the personal data contained in the message can be processed for response and further communication.<\/p>

        Legal basis: Article 6 (1). F GDPR-the administrator's legitimate interest in communicating with users, customers, contractors
        and business partners.<\/p>

        Retention period: until the end of the correspondence, and then for the period necessary to protect against possible claims.<\/p>

        3.2. Recruitment processes<\/p>

        If the application documents are sent, the personal data may be processed for the recruitment process.<\/p>

            The data subject has the right to::<\/p>

            • getting a copy of your data,<\/li>

            • deleting data,<\/li>
            • processing restrictions,<\/li>
            • objections to processing,<\/li>
            • moving data,<\/li>
            • revocation of consent at any time, if the basis for processing was consent.<\/li><\/ul>

              The revocation of consent does not affect the legality of the processing performed prior to its revocation.<\/p>

              The data subject also has the right to file a complaint with the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection (PUODO) if they believe that the processing of their personal data violates the law.<\/p>
