Anna W\u00d3JCIK-MICKIEWICZ is an experienced executive with more than 25 years of expertise in strategic and financial management. She currently serves as President of the Management Board (CEO) and Chief Executive Officer of KARMAR S.A.<\/p>

For nearly two decades, she contributed to the success of the Bouygues Immobilier Group, serving as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) in Poland and later at the international level within Bouygues Immobilier International. She specializes in change management, negotiations, and organizational transformation, including process automation and digitalization. Throughout her career, she has combined strong financial expertise with a modern leadership approach and the implementation of innovative technologies.<\/p>

She graduated from the Cracow University of Economics and the Warsaw School of Economics (SGH). She has also completed prestigious executive leadership programmes at Solvay Brussels School of Economics and Management in Belgium and the ICAN Institute in Warsaw.<\/p><\/div>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\n<\/div>\n\n<\/div>\n

Member of the Management Board & Chief Financial Officer (CFO)<\/h3>

Ma\u0142gorzata WASILUK is an experienced executive specializing in international finance, cost optimization, and profitability management for construction projects. She also has extensive expertise in implementing innovative controlling tools and digitalizing financial processes.<\/p>

She began her professional career in the late 1990s within the Bouygues Group as a Financial Controller. After 2001, she broadened her professional experience outside the Group, holding positions at Ineo Polska (GDF SUEZ) and Decathlon, among others. In 2012, she rejoined the Bouygues Group as Head of Controlling at KARMAR S.A. In 2018, as part of Bouygues Group's international operations, she was appointed Chief Financial Officer of Bouygues Turkmen in Turkmenistan, followed by CFO of BBI Hellas in Greece, where she was responsible for financial management, controlling, and financial risk management for international construction projects.<\/p>

She holds a degree in Management and Marketing from the University of Podlasie in Siedlce and completed postgraduate studies in Management Accounting and Controlling at the Warsaw School of Economics (SGH).<\/p><\/div>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\n<\/div>\n\n<\/div>\n

Tomasz OLEJ is an experienced executive with nearly 30 years of professional experience in the construction, real estate, and consulting sectors. He currently serves as Chief Operating Officer (COO) and Commercial Proxy of KARMAR S.A.<\/p>

Throughout his career, he has contributed to the success of leading companies by holding senior management positions, including Business Development Director within international general contracting companies. He specializes in the strategic management of large-scale construction and infrastructure projects, contract negotiations, and the optimization of budgets and operational processes. His professional approach combines in-depth technical expertise with strong leadership skills acquired through managing multidisciplinary engineering teams delivering complex commercial and public-sector developments.<\/p>

He graduated from the Warsaw University of Technology, with which he continues to collaborate actively. He is involved in several university initiatives, including the Business Environment Cooperation Team and the Alumni Advisory Team.<\/p><\/div>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\n<\/div>\n\n<\/div>\n
