The investor of the VIVA JAGODNO project is Ronson, for whom we have built such Wroclaw projects as the city of Marina, Impressio and Vitalia. <\/p>\n<p>We are implementing the first of three investment stages located at the intersection of Kaidasa and Bufova Streets in the Yagodno district of Wroclaw. <\/p>\n<p>Under the agreement, two four-story buildings will be built on the same foundation slab. The residential complex will have one underground floor, within which four separate multi-storey garages for cars and necessary technical facilities are allocated. <\/p>\n<p>The building will have 121 residential premises with an area of 28 m2 or more. Some of the apartments on the third floor level will be split-level.
