We have signed a contract for the construction of the next stage of the Ursus Central microdistrict in Warsaw.<\/p>\n
\u00ad\u00ad\u00ad\u00ad<\/strong>As part of the project, stages II B and II C of the Varshavsky Ursus microdistrict will be built. We will build 4 buildings, which will have 391 residential and 10 utility rooms, with a total sales area of 22.895 m2, as well as an underground garage and technical infrastructure.<\/p>\n Ursus is one of the western districts of Warsaw. Formerly an industrial center, today it performs mainly residential functions. The Ursus Central residential complex is the largest project in the Ronson Development portfolio. The investment is characterized by its location, providing convenient access to nearby infrastructure and just a few hundred meters from nearby supermarkets or S-Bahn stations. The complex is planned to have many office spaces and a boulevard with attractions such as fountains, playgrounds and fitness areas.<\/p>\n Work is scheduled to start on June 1, 2021, and be completed in February 2023.<\/p>\n This is another investment, after Marina, Impressio, Vitali, Viva Jagodno and Grunwaldska, implemented by KARMAR S.
