The investment will be set up in Lublin, at the request of Biomed Lublin, a factory for the production of serums and vaccines s. a.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Under the contract, the building of the research center will be built. It will have a drug production line. The project is part of the Center for Biotechnological Innovations-onco BCG plant, which will improve technologies related to vaccinology in the prevention of tuberculosis (BCG) and immunology in the treatment of cancer.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>Investments in numbers:<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Number of buildings: 1<\/li>\n<li>Number of floors: 2<\/li>\n<li>Built-up area: 1374 m2<\/li>\n<li>Usable area: 2,422. 1 m2<\/li>\n<li>Total area: 2764.4 m2<\/li>\n<li>Building height: 11.9 m<\/li>\n<li>Contract value: PLN 32,999 million net<\/li>\n<li>Work will begin in July 2021.<\/li>\n<li>The construction completion date is scheduled for September 2022.<\/li>\n<\/ul>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>W pi\u0105tek, 9 Lipca 2021 r. podpisali\u015bmy umow\u0119 na budow\u0119 budynku Centrum Badawczo-Rozwojowego.
