Karmar SA, as the general contractor of the first and second phases of the estate, completed the construction. The project was commissioned by Marvipol Development, and the authors of the project are architects from the author's architecture studio Kurylowicz &amp; Associates.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Facts<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>In 2021, the project received a Top Site Innovation certificate with a 100% rating in all evaluated categories.: safety and environmental protection, quality and customer satisfaction, social issues and relations with the local community. In addition, the development team has implemented up to 7 solutions.<\/p>\n<p>they are classified as innovations and best practices.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Dates and numbers<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>contract signing, start of construction and stage: July 21, 2020<\/li>\n<li>Phase II construction starts: December 28, 2020<\/li>\n<li>completion of construction and phase: February 2022<\/li>\n<li>completion of the second phase: August 2022<\/li>\n<li>building volume: 156,642. 4 m3<\/li>\n<li>total area: 48,579. 67 m2<\/li>\n<li>number of floors: 9 (building B1, B2) and 13 (building B3)<\/li>\n<li>number of underground floors: 1<\/li>\n<li>number of apartments: 477<\/li>\n<li>number of service locations: 6<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Moko Botany is the third residential development that Karmar has commissioned from Marvipol Development. Previous investments were: Riviera Park on Varshavskaya Bialolenka and Apartments on Volya.
