The building was commissioned by Synthaverse SA.<\/p>\n<p>The project is part of a new center for biotechnological innovations-the Onko BCG plant, which will improve technologies related to vaccinology in the prevention of tuberculosis (BCG) and immunology in cancer therapy. The use permit applies to the building of the Research Center (CBR). A second building, Onko BCG, is under construction. KARMAR S. A. is the general contractor for both investments.<\/p>\n<p><em>&amp; # 8222;the construction of this facility was an extremely complex project. It was equipped with the most modern production line in Europe. The R &amp; D center and new production facility of Onko BCG are our strategic investments, with which we have high hopes for development&amp; # 8221;<\/em> - emphasizes Jakub Winkler, member of the Management Board of Synthaverse s.a.<\/p>\n<p>KARMAR s.a. ' s scope of work included complex preparatory and finishing works of the building and installation, such as: installation of ice water, technical steam, low-pressure gas, nitrogen gas, compressed air. The newly built Central Bank of the Russian Federation also has clean rooms of all classes, the construction of which required compliance with the enforcement regime both at the design and execution stages.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Building in numbers:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Built-up area: 1,369. 23m2<\/li>\n<li>Total area: 2,766. 5m2<\/li>\n<li>Usable area: 2,531. 14m2<\/li>\n<li>Volume: 15,650. 30m3<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Karmar s. a. is also the general contractor for the second building, which is being built as part of the project ONKO BCG Plant &amp; - center for Biotechnological Innovation for Synthaverse SA.<\/p>\n<p>Karmar s. a. has been implementing laboratory facilities and projects for the pharmaceutical industry since 2009. To date, we can boast of 10 already implemented investments m.in. in Gdansk, Warsaw, Lublin and Krakow.
