KARMAR acted as the General Contractor for the investment, delivering the A2 office and service building as well as the A3 building, together with the completion of the underground parking area, internal road network, technical infrastructure, landscaping and public realm elements.<\/p>\n<p>The central feature of the project is the twelve-storey A2 office building, complemented by the three-storey A3 building. Both facilities were designed as modern office and commercial spaces that integrate seamlessly into the unique character of the Monopolis complex, where contemporary architecture meets \u0141\u00f3d\u017a\u2019s industrial heritage.<\/p>\n<p>The fa\u00e7ades incorporate glass and corten steel, materials that reference the historic industrial architecture of the site.
